Remo’s Coated Powerstroke 3 bass drum heads are a medium weight head that produce a rich dark tone. This 22″ bass drum head has a thin underlay along the outer edge of the head that subtly dampens high frequency overtones. This underlay works with the coated texture to help focus the pitch and shorten the sustain. These features make the Powerstroke 3 one of Remo’s most popular heads.
