PROEL INCOM is a system designed to easy communication between a counter operator and the public throughout the glass counter. This system operated in the attenuation mode such as to allow a natural conversation without unpleasant breaks. INCOM system has been configurated to operate in different modes: Speak/listen (full duplex) or half duplex with the possibility to control the volume in those noisy ambients. INCOM connected to an amplifier allows microphone announcement and become in this way as a normal call station. INCOM operator station is equipped with a microphone set on a flexible stem and a microphone stand containing the main control circuit, amplification purposes and the different connections to the counter outside. A speaker complete with a directional microphone is set in the public side.
